yarn crazy

I spend my Sundays pouring over the sale flyers, cutting out 40% off coupons and then trolling the yarn aisles of every craft store in a 15 mile radius around my house. The days when a 50% coupon shows up, well,  woohoo!

I spend my evenings crocheting like mad. I’m obsessed with the softest yarns, the prettiest colors, and of course the cheapest prices I can find. I’m hoping to sell a few scarves and maybe a blanket to make some Christmas cash, but I won’t be too disappointed if I get to keep some of it for myself! (Not the cash – the scarves!)

Yes, they are are soft as they look. :)

Oooh, those look cozy! Just in time, too, as winter seems to be showing up way too early. Love those rich colors!

I want to nestle into those!

I’ve wanted to learn how to crochet for the longest time.

Love to see what you do with the yarns!

uh, I’ll take the green one! My daughter crochets in school and she came home with the most lovely treasure bag the other day.
I should send you my coupons as I don’t use them and ok, there really aren’t craft stores in my neck of the woods…

Oh my you’ve created my itch to start crocheting again. I always like to pick it up this time of year when it gets all cold and cozy. I make baby blankets. Love to make baby blankets. Last year I made about 10 of them and have given all but one away. I think I need to make some more…it is time again…thanks for the nudge.
